Welcome to Drizzl (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of drizzl.co.il (the “Site”) and any purchase you make through it. By visiting the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. About Us

Drizzl is a small, family-run business based in Israel, offering flavored coffee syrups and related products. Our store is powered by Shopify Inc.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission of a parent or guardian, to place an order on the Site.

3. Products and Pricing

We make every effort to display our products, descriptions, images, and prices accurately. However, errors or inaccuracies may occasionally occur. We reserve the right to correct errors or update information before an order is accepted. If we discover a material pricing or product-information error after an order has been placed, we may contact you and, where permitted by law, cancel the affected order and provide a full refund of any amount paid.

All prices are listed in New Israeli Shekels (₪) unless otherwise stated and include applicable VAT where required by law. Prices may change from time to time, but changes will not affect orders already accepted by us.

4. Orders and Payment

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline an order where reasonably necessary, including due to suspected fraud, pricing or listing errors, product unavailability, inability to fulfill the order, or legal or regulatory requirements. If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, any amount paid for the cancelled order will be refunded. Payment must be made in full at checkout using one of our accepted payment methods.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and the Drizzl name and branding, is the property of Drizzl or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without our prior written consent.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with the Site's operation, or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its related systems.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Drizzl will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products purchased through it. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Changes will apply from the date they are posted and will not affect orders placed before that date unless otherwise required by law.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Israel.
