Order Cancellation

In accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 1981, where applicable, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the product or receiving the required transaction information, whichever is later, without needing to give a reason.

To cancel, contact us at info@drizzl.co.il or +972 54-884-8644 with your order number.

Exceptions

Drizzl syrups are food products. For health and safety reasons, opened or used food products cannot be returned or refunded, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

This does not affect your rights if the product is defective, damaged, incorrect, or does not match its description. In those cases, you may be entitled to a replacement, refund, or other remedy regardless of whether the product has been opened.

Cancellation Fee

Where cancellation is permitted and is not due to a defect, incorrect product, non-conformity, late delivery, or another error on our part, we may charge a cancellation fee of up to 5% of the product price or ₪100, whichever is lower, as permitted under Israeli law.

Returns

Please contact us before sending back any item so we can guide you through the process.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the product, and we will arrange an appropriate replacement, refund, or return.

Return Shipping

For eligible returns that are not due to a defective, damaged, incorrect, or non-conforming product, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the product.

Where the return is due to a defect, damage, incorrect item, non-conformity, or another error on our part, Drizzl will arrange or cover the return as appropriate.

Refunds

Where you are entitled to a refund under Israeli law, approved refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving your cancellation notice and will generally be returned to the original payment method.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your package arrives damaged or an item is missing, please contact us as soon as possible at info@drizzl.co.il with your order number and, where relevant, photos of the product and packaging.

We recommend contacting us within 48 hours of delivery where possible so that we can investigate the issue promptly. Failure to contact us within 48 hours does not limit any rights you may have under applicable law.
