2. Delivery Areas and Timeframes

We currently ship within Israel. Estimated delivery time is 2-7 business days from the time your order ships, depending on your location and the courier's schedule.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order size and delivery address. We offer free shipping on orders over ₪150.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation followed by communication from the shipping partner with the specifics of the delivery.

5. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, is missing an item, or has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us at info@drizzl.co.il as soon as possible with your order number so we can investigate and help resolve the issue.
