Niki, Isaac, their kids, and their dog Carl sharing coffee in the kitchen

Meet the Weinstocks

Niki, Isaac, Violet, Leon, and their dog Carl made Aliyah to Israel in 2025 and never looked back. Like many families all over the world, coffee is a staple in their house, so it's no surprise that they quickly fell in love with the coffee culture here in Israel. Cafe and coffee cart visits quickly became an essential part of their Friday morning routine, soaking in the scenery and the vibes of every spot they stopped at. There was only one thing missing: the sweet, flavorful taste of coffee syrups, the perfect way to customize your drink and elevate your coffee. So, Drizzl was born as their way of bottling that experience and bringing it to the coffee culture they've come to adore.

The Story

Niki has been a coffee lover for as long as she can remember, and it didn't take long for her to pass that passion on to her husband Isaac, who was still a rookie coffee drinker when the two of them met. When she and her family made Aliyah to Israel, there was one thing she couldn't find anywhere: the syrups she loved adding to her coffee back home. So she started small, experimenting on her own kitchen stove with different flavors and local ingredients, chasing the perfect way to elevate her cup. It didn't take long for her community to catch on, and soon neighbors and friends were asking for a bottle of their own. Isaac saw how much Niki loved what she was building and jumped in to help her turn it into something bigger. Together, that passion for coffee syrups became Drizzl, with a mission to bring bold, flavorful syrups to coffee lovers all across the country, one cup at a time.
