Order Cancellation

In accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law (1981) and the Consumer Protection Regulations (Distance Selling), 2001, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the product, provided the items are unopened and in their original condition.

To cancel, contact us at info@drizzl.co.il with your order number.

Exceptions

The following items are exempt from the cancellation right under Israeli law:

• Opened or used food products
• Perishable goods

Cancellation Fee

We reserve the right to charge a cancellation/handling fee of up to 5% of the product price or ₪100, whichever is lower, as permitted under Israeli law.

Returns

Eligible items (unopened, in original condition) may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us before sending any return.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the product — we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days of cancellation confirmation, to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your package arrives damaged or an item is missing, please contact us immediately at info@drizzl.co.il with your order number and photos.
